Purchasing a painting

Contact Maria with the title of the painting that interests you. She can answer questions and provide further details.
02 — Confirm the details
Maria will confirm availability and guide you through payment and collection or shipping arrangements.
03 — Make it yours
Payment is required in full before the painting is released. Shipping, applicable taxes, and import fees are additional.
Commissioned work
A painting created for your space.
Commissioning a painting begins with an appreciation for Ross’s work and a conversation about your space. Circular, rectangular, multi-panel, and bespoke-shaped panels offer possibilities, with larger-scale projects especially welcome.
You and Ross discuss the setting, scale, and panel format. From there, the abstract composition develops freely through his independent creative process, with no predetermined final image.

The commission process
01 — Inquire with Maria & discuss with Ross
Contact Maria. Share as much detail as you can about what you are looking for. She'll contact Ross and if it seems like a good match, a meeting either in-person or virtual will be set up to explore the possibilities together.
02 — Agree on and sign commission contract
Details and a signed agreement are confirmed before a 50% nonrefundable deposit secures the commission. Work only begins once the agreement is signed and the deposit is received.
03 — Allow the work to develop
Each composition evolves in its own time, guided by Ross's creative judgment.
04 — Completion
Final photos are shared for approval. The remaining balance must be paid in full before collection or shipping.
Timing & the waiting list
Commission availability depends on Ross’s schedule, with time reserved for both private commissions and independently conceived paintings.
Maria can discuss anticipated timing and help you join the waiting list if a suitable opening isn’t yet available.
Looking ahead
Plans for forthcoming paintings include larger circular, rectangular, and multi-panel works, as well as large panels in unique, bespoke shapes.
